The Three Stooges Reruns Were And Are The Best

Growing up with black and white television, I find the memories of watching The Three Stooges,
quite delightful. So funny.... it brings tears to my eyes!
Nothing can compare to.... Those Stooges.

The act began as part of a mid-1920s vaudeville comedy act, billed as "Ted Healy and his Stooges", consisting of Healy, Moe Howard, his brother Shemp Howard, and Larry Fine.
The four made one feature film, "Soup to Nuts", before Shemp left to pursue a solo career. He was replaced by his younger brother, Jerome "Curly" Howard.....   in 1932.

In 1934.... the trio left Healy, and signed with Columbia Pictures to appear in their own short subject comedies now billed as.....
 "The Three Stooges".
From 1934 to 1946, Moe, Larry, and Curly produced over ninety short films for Columbia. It was during this period that they were at the peak of their popularity.
