IT IS AN OFFICIAL CIVIL DEFENSE FILM PRODUCED IN CO-OPERATION WITH THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ADMINISTRATION IN CONSULTATION WITH THE SAFETY COMMISSION OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION.
Aimed at us children of the time, it is a grim reminder of the fear that gripped our nation in the height of the cold - cold war.
