(August 16, 1924 -- March 18, 2010)
Every kid longed for a coon skin cap. It was a big deal in 1955. Before color tv, the small screen brought Davy Crockett in to our living rooms.
For those of us that remember how big it was, we smile and shake our heads.
For those of us not blessed to have been alive in the 1950s....
